Das ist kein innovatives Verh\u00fctungsmittel, sondern ein Kunstwerk, das zumindest in Neuperlach jeder kennen d\u00fcrfte. Es wurde 1972 von Louis Constantin geschaffen und hei\u00dft eigentlich &#8222;7. Variation \u00fcber den Ablauf von Schraubenfl\u00e4chen&#8220;. 2001 wurde es von der Stiftung Stra\u00dfenkunst, die zur Stadtsparkasse M\u00fcnchen geh\u00f6rt, gekauft und der Stadt M\u00fcnchen geschenkt. Seitdem steht es seit 2001 prominent an einer der wichtigsten Hauptverkehrsstra\u00dfen im M\u00fcnchner Osten, an der Heinrich-Wieland-Stra\u00dfe in Neuperlach, dort wo sie sich mit der Albert-Schweitzer-Stra\u00dfe und Corinthstra\u00dfe kreuzt. Denn heute wurde das Kunstwerk zur Restaurierung abtransportiert. Der Zahn der Zeit hatte an dem Kunstwerk genagt. Deutlich sind Besch\u00e4digungen und Alterserscheinungen zu erkennen. Im dritten Quartal soll die blaue Spirale an ihren vertrauten Platz zur\u00fcckkommen. Mehr zur Sanierung hier: <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.muenchen.de\/2019\/1\/Kunstwerk-Die-blaue-Spirale-wird-saniert-82270\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8222;Kunstwerk &#8222;Die blaue Spirale&#8220; wird saniert&#8220; (Rathaus Umschau)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ein paar Daten zum Kunstwerk: Die blaue Spirale ist neun Meter lang, der Durchmesser betr\u00e4gt 3,5 Meter. Das Material ist glasfaserverst\u00e4rktes Polyester. Die acht in Hohlbauweise errichteten Elemente sind durch Metalllanschen verbunden. Das Ganze wiegt dann 1,5 Tonnen. Laut <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230923204409\/https:\/\/nordostkultur-muenchen.de\/architektur\/skulptur_blaue_spirale.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nordostkultur M\u00fcnchen<\/a> ist die blaue Spirale M\u00fcnchens gr\u00f6\u00dfte freitragende Kunststoffskulptur. Das Kunstwerk ruht in einem Becken, das mit Flusssteinen gef\u00fcllt ist. Mich erinnert das ein klein wenig an die fr\u00fcheren Schottersteine der aufgelassenen Trambahntrasse.<\/p>\n<p>Die folgenden Bilder zeigen den Abtransport. Weiter sind unten au\u00dferdem die vielleicht letzten Bilder von der blauen Spirale vor der Restaurierung zu sehen.
