Der Standort liegt bereits in Neuperlach S\u00fcd.<\/p>\n<p>Die Feuerwache 9 ist dabei nicht nur f\u00fcr Neuperlach zust\u00e4ndig, sondern deckt auch Waldperlach, Perlach, Trudering und Teile von Josephsburg ab. Ferner finden sich hier die Zentralwerkst\u00e4tten f\u00fcr das komplette Fahrzeug- und Ger\u00e4tewesen f\u00fcr die M\u00fcnchner Berufs- und Freiwillige Feuerwehr. Nicht zuletzt ist au\u00dferdem hier die Kleiderkammer der Berufsfeuerwehr beheimatet.<\/p>\n<p>Der Hauptbau ist unspektakul\u00e4r als Quader und mit Sichtbetonfassade ausgef\u00fchrt. Damit f\u00fcgt er sich in seiner zweckm\u00e4\u00dfigen Gestaltung gut im Rest Neuperlachs ein. Eine der wenigen Abwechslungen sind die S\u00e4ulen im Eingangsbereich, die den \u00fcberstehenden Geb\u00e4udeteil st\u00fctzen. Das teilweise rot lackierte Kunstwerk symbolisiert die zerst\u00f6rende Wirkung von Feuer (Foto, weitere Ansichten des Kunstwerks in den Bildern weiter unten \u2013 Bild 8 und 9).<\/p>\n<h3>Ab 2020: Umfassende Sanierung und Umbau<\/h3>\n<p>Der optisch gute Eindruck tr\u00fcgt. Inzwischen ist das Geb\u00e4ude in die Jahre gekommen und soll umfassend saniert werden. Dabei geht es nat\u00fcrlich nicht nur um die Bausubstanz, sondern auch um eine Modernisierung und Anpassung an ver\u00e4nderte und gestiegene technische Anforderungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Stadt will dabei 68 Millionen Euro ausgeben. Die bestehende Fahrzeughalle soll Richtung Heidestra\u00dfe vergr\u00f6\u00dfert werden. Noch gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist der Eingriff beim Trakt mit der Ger\u00e4tewerkstatt und bei der Rolltor-Halle. Beide werden abgerissen und neu gebaut. Ferner ist auf dem Gel\u00e4nde der Bau von Dienstwohnungen vorgesehen.<\/p>\n<p>2020 sollen die Arbeiten starten, die Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr 2027 anvisiert.<img loading=\"lazy\"
