Aber ich habe mein halbes Leben in einem schwarzen Haus gewohnt, verkleidet mit asbesthaltigen Eternit-Fassadenplatten. Daher ist heute f\u00fcr mich ein besonderer Tag.<\/p>\n<p>Konkret wohnte ich vom Herbst 1974 bis ca. 1979* im Peschelanger 12, dann mit zweimal farblichem Fremdgehen (aber dennoch Neuperlach) von 1991 bis heute im Karl-Marx-Ring 58, siehe Foto ganz unten.<\/p>\n<p><small>(* Genau kann ich es nicht mehr sagen, aber ich habe hier eine Ansichtskarte von Ende 1979, die noch an den Peschelanger 12 ging. Damit d\u00fcrfte 1979 ein sehr guter Anhaltspunkt sein, Umzug vermutlich 1980?)<\/small><\/p>\n<p>Anfangs hatte ich mich f\u00fcr das Schwarz gesch\u00e4mt. Ich hielt es f\u00fcr d\u00fcster. Bis ich die Geschichte h\u00f6rte, Architekten w\u00fcrden bei Hochh\u00e4usern immer Gebirge nachbauen. Das ist tats\u00e4chlich so, es l\u00e4sst sich verifizieren. Hier h\u00e4tten sie ein Schiefergebirge als Vorbild genommen, hie\u00df es. Das hatte mich \u00fcberzeugt und seitdem gefallen mir schwarze H\u00e4user. Fast \u00fcberall. Oft habe ich welche fotografiert und auch hier gezeigt. Schwarz ist bekanntlich streng genommen keine Farbe. Dennoch, sind wir nicht p\u00e4pstlicher als der Papst. Im Kleidungsbereich ist Schwarz jedenfalls edel. Warum also nicht auch auf schwarze H\u00e4user setzen? Ende der 2010er Jahre gab es sogar wieder einen Trend hin zu schwarzen H\u00e4usern. Eher im kleineren Rahmen, aber immerhin.<\/p>\n<p>Nun aber geht in Neuperlach eine \u00c4ra zu Ende. Standpunkt wie\u00a0 Vorg\u00e4ngerfoto (03.06.2020) \u00a9 Thomas Irlbeck<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Das Ereignis: Am Peschelanger wurden Platten angeliefert, die offenbar die neuen Fassadenplatten darstellen. Denn wie berichtet werden die Fassadenplatten im Marx-Zentrum durch asbestfreie ersetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Platten sind nun anthrazit. Ihre Form ist nicht mehr ann\u00e4hernd quadratisch wie fr\u00fcher, sondern l\u00e4nglich.<\/p>\n<p>Um keine Missverst\u00e4ndnisse aufkommen zu lassen. Das Marx-Zentrum verliert sein schwarzes Kleid, und zwar zuerst der Wohnblock Peschelanger 8\u201314, also genau der Block, in dem ich in den 1970er-Jahren wohnte.<\/p>\n<p>Die schwarzen Eternitplatten in meiner Wohnanlage bleiben dagegen bis auf Weiteres. Es gibt keinen Beschluss zum Austausch. Daher wird meine Wohnanlage mit ihren sechs H\u00e4usern in einiger Zukunft einen Sonderfall darstellen \u2013 wir sehen also quasi f\u00fcr die Zukunft schwarz, aber nur in hinsichtlich der Farbe, versteht sich. Hier wird das Schwarz bleiben. Wie es mal aussehen wird, verschweigt momentan noch die Verh\u00fcllung des Ger\u00fcstes. (Update 26.07.2020)<\/h3>\n<p>An einigen wenigen Stellen wurde inzwischen die Verh\u00fcllung abgenommen. Zu sehen sind die vielleicht ersten Fotos, die die neue Farbgebung ohne verf\u00e4lschende Plane zeigen Bild 1 und 2). Wie gef\u00e4llt euch die neue Optik? Fotos von heute. Ich lege als Vergleich noch Aufnahmen bei (Bild 3 und 4), die die originalen schwarzen asbesthaltigen Eternit-Platten zeigen. Man kann sich hier nur &#8222;ein Bild machen&#8220;. Im wahrsten Wortsinn.<\/p>\n<p>Was ich erstaunlich finde, zumindest dieser Vergleich l\u00e4sst die Fassade gar nicht in einem viel helleren Licht erscheinen. Aber es h\u00e4ngt von der Intensit\u00e4t des Tageslichts, von den Kameraeinstellungen und der Nachbearbeitung ab. Man kann sich hier nur &#8222;ein Bild machen&#8220;. (Update 10.08.2020)<\/h3>\n<p>Nun werden auch auf den Vordereing\u00e4ngen der H\u00e4user am Peschelanger die alten asbesthaltigen Eternit-Fassadenpatten und die Isolierwolle entfernt, Erstmals seit ca. 1973 ist wieder der nackte Beton zu sehen. Der Beton sieht wie neu aus, als w\u00e4re er gerade gegossen worden. Trotz der Arbeiten habe Gastst\u00e4tte und Biergarten ohne Einschr\u00e4nkungen ge\u00f6ffnet (22.07.2021) \u00a9 Thomas Irlbeck<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Stand Anfang November 2021<\/h3>\n<p>Die Sanierung am Peschelanger 8\u201314 wurde beendet.<\/p>\n<h3>Fast wie im Gebirge \u2013 &#8222;Felsen&#8220;-Kletterer im Marx-Zentrum (November\/Dezember 2023)<\/h3>\n<p>Noch geht die eigentliche Sanierung an den beiden weiteren Wohnbl\u00f6cken nicht weiter. Damit lockere Asbest-Fassadenplatten nicht herunterfallen und gegebenenfalls Menschen gef\u00e4hrden, wurden jedoch die verbliebenen Fassaden nach und nach mit einem Schutznetz eingeh\u00fcllt. Dazu werden Fassadenkletterer eingesetzt, die an nachempfundenen Bauten wagemutig an Seilen h\u00e4ngen. In der Bilderserie sind Arbeiten am Max-Kolmsperger-Stra\u00dfe 19 zu sehen, sp\u00e4ter (Dezember 2023) kamen noch Peschelanger 7 und 9 hinzu.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20307\"
