Er setzt sich aus drei rechtwinklig angeordneten Fl\u00fcgeln zusammen. Die streng nach oben verj\u00fcngende Bauweise erm\u00f6glichte es, in jedem Stockwerk Terrassen anzulegen. Ganze drei Fahrst\u00fchle sorgen f\u00fcr den vertikalen Transport von Bewohnern und Besuchern.<\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn an der Stelle nur ein einzelnes Hochhaus steht und keine Trabantenstadt, sind eine ganze Reihe an Gemeinsamkeiten mit Neuperlach unverkennbar. Das Pharao-Haus \u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2026 stammt aus den 1970er-Jahren, genauer wurde es 1974 errichtet, etwa zeitgleich mit dem Marx-Zentrum.<\/li>\n<li>\u2026 hat 18 Stockwerke und ist damit \u00e4hnlich hoch (von der reinen Anzahl der Stockwerke) wie das h\u00f6chste Haus in Neuperlach (dort 17 Stockwerke).<\/li>\n<li>\u2026 gilt wie die gro\u00dfen Wohnbl\u00f6cke in Neuperlach als anonymer Wohnkomplex.<\/li>\n<li>\u2026 diente wie z.B. das Marx-Zentrum h\u00e4ufig als Kulisse f\u00fcr TV-Krimis. Das mit den TV-Krimis verbundene Milieu hat sicherlich mit zu dem eher schlechten Ruf des Pharao-Hauses beigetragen.<br \/>\n\u2026 hat eine integrierte Gastronomie- und Ladenpassage. Diese wurde anstelle eines vierten Wohnfl\u00fcgels angelegt und als Flachbau ausgef\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Trotz einiger Gemeinsamkeiten mit den Wohnbl\u00f6cken in Neuperlach ist das Pharao-Haus in M\u00fcnchen von seiner Form und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe einzigartig.
