Der Artikel ist als Chronik der Ereignisse zu verstehen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der BER-Flughafen ist nichts dagegen. Zumindest was die Bauzeit betrifft. Denn die Griechische Schule in unserem Nachbarstadtteil Berg am Laim an der Hachinger-Bach-Stra\u00dfe 14a (einige Quellen sagen abweichend Hausnummer 19), H\u00f6he Langkofelstra\u00dfe (am FC Ph\u00f6nix), wird voraussichtlich nie fertig werden. 2001 \u00fcbernahmen die Griechen das Grundst\u00fcck, das neben dem Michaeli-Gymnasium liegt. Aber erst 2014 begannen nach langen b\u00fcrokratischen Querelen und Stillst\u00e4nden endlich die Bauarbeiten. Im Juni 2016 sollte der Rohbau stehen, aber der Bau ist bis heute nur wenig \u00fcber das Erdgeschoss hinausgekommen (Fotos). Da Griechenland s\u00e4mtliche Fristen \u00fcberschritten hat, geh\u00f6rt das Grundst\u00fcck nun wieder der Stadt M\u00fcnchen. Die Stadt will das Geb\u00e4ude nun abrei\u00dfen, was aber nun an einem Schloss scheitert. Den Schl\u00fcssel dazu wollen die Griechen nicht rausr\u00fccken. Die Griechen sagen, sie h\u00e4tten das Grundst\u00fcck so lange in ihrer Hand gehabt, dass es weiterhin zu ihrem Hoheitsgebiet z\u00e4hle.<\/p>\n<p>Sogar der Bis-vor-kurzem-Au\u00dfenminister Frank-Walter Steinmeier wurde eingeschaltet, der daraufhin den Griechen als Ersatz das Gel\u00e4nde der Bundesmonopolverwaltung f\u00fcr Branntwein am Leuchtenbergring angeboten hat.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abendzeitung-muenchen.de\/inhalt.griechische-schule-bauruine-wird-zum-krisengebiet.d9aaed27-05a7-4712-b842-f97888230589.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Griechische Schule \u2013 Bauruine wird zum Krisengebiet<\/a> (Abendzeitung, 02.02.2017)<\/p>\n<h3>Update April\/Mai 2017<\/h3>\n<p>Nun drohen die Griechen mit dem \u00c4u\u00dfersten: vor den Internationalen Gerichtshof in Den Haag zu gehen. Das Fundament ist nicht nach bayerischen, sondern griechischen Standards gebaut \u2013 das hei\u00dft erdbebensicher!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16337\" Nun wird der Platz erst einmal zur Unterbringung von Gefl\u00fcchteten aus der Ukraine genutzt. Es entstehen vier Leichtbauhallen mit insgesamt bis zu 400 Bettpl\u00e4tzen.
