Der offizielle Name: R.evo Serviced Apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Blickfang d\u00fcrfte die Fassade mit ihrer ungew\u00f6hnlichen Bullaugenoptik werden. Es entstehen 607 Apartments mit 1 bis 2 Zimmern mit einer Fl\u00e4che von 20,5 m\u00b2 bis 61,1 m\u00b2. Die Appartements sind als Studio- und Galerie-R\u00e4ume ausgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights sind die Skydeck-Bar, die Fitness-Area mit Alpenblick,\u00a0 Rewe, Rossmann, Vinzenzmurr und Ihle im Erdgeschoss und das Restaurant. Ein Garten, eine Co-Working-Area und eine Tiefgarage sind ebenso vorhanden.<\/p>\n<h3>Was ist ein Boardinghouse?<\/h3>\n<p>Ein Boardinghouse, auch als &#8222;Serviced Apartment&#8220; bezeichnet, ist ganz vereinfacht gesagt eine Mischung aus einem Appartementhaus und einem Hotel. Man k\u00f6nnte es auch aus &#8222;Zuhause auf Zeit&#8220; bezeichnen. In einem Boardinghouse wird man sich in aller Regel l\u00e4nger als in einem Hotel aufhalten, die Kosten sind meist \u00fcblicherweise erheblich geringer als in einem Hotel.<\/p>\n<h3>Stand der Bauarbeiten (19.04.2019)<\/h3>\n<p>Die Baugrube mit den U-Bahnz\u00fcgen im Hintergrund ist imposant. erste Laden im Boardinghouse er\u00f6ffnet: Rossmann. Ein Rabatt von 10 % auf alles sowie ein Maskottchen im Eselskost\u00fcm sorgten f\u00fcr Begeisterung. Der Rewe er\u00f6ffnet am 15.12. um 9:00, f\u00fcr den Ihle und Vinzenzmurr habe ich noch keine Infos.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00e4den im Boardinghouse sind eine Bereicherung f\u00fcr die Bewohner, aber auch
