KG verkauft. Das Hotel sollte unter der Marke JW Marriott als Franchisenehmer betrieben werden. Zwischenzeitlich war der Name Hotel Karlsplatz 25 in Gebrauch. Der endg\u00fcltige Name ist nun &#8222;K\u00f6nigshof M\u00fcnchen, a Luxury Collection Hotel&#8220;, wobei &#8222;Luxury Collection&#8220; eine Marriott-Marke ist. Es ist sicherlich eine gute Entscheidung, dass der weltweit bekannte und etablierte Name K\u00f6nigshof erhalten bleibt.<\/p>\n<h3>Stand 06.02.2021<\/h3>\n<p>Es werden erste Formen zeigt der Bau nun erstmals sein unverh\u00fclltes Gesicht. Das Ger\u00fcst wurde weitestgehend abgebaut.
