Foto: Lesereinsendung<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!-- #Schulneubau -->Auf dem Parkplatz zwischen dem Life-Einkaufszentrum und dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuperlach.org\/blog\/?p=15593\">B\u00fcro-\/Gewerbehaus Albert-Schweitzer-Stra\u00dfe 62-66<\/a> (nicht nur Ureinwohner kennen den Platz mit seiner markanten Thermometer-Uhr) wird ein dreist\u00f6ckiger Neubau in Holzmodulbauweise und Niedrigenergiestandard realisiert. Dort wird die Montessori-Schule &#8222;Campus di Monaco&#8220; einziehen. Bis zum Sommer 2022 entsteht eine zweiz\u00fcgige Grund- und Mittelschule f\u00fcr rund 320 Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler. Die bestehende Montessori-Mittelschule zieht dabei von ihrem Provisorium an der Schwanthalerstra\u00dfe an den neuen Standort, die Grundschule entsteht neu.\u00a0 &#8222;Bildung statt Parkplatz&#8220; k\u00f6nnte man sagen. Zusammen mit dem Neubau der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuperlach.org\/blog\/?p=15536\">Grundschule am Strehleranger<\/a> und der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuperlach.org\/blog\/?p=16285\">Grundschule am Karl-Marx-Ring<\/a> ist das der bereits dritte Schulneubau in Neuperlach \u2013 und das in kurzer Zeit.<\/p>\n<p>Urspr\u00fcnglich sollte auch das bestehende 6-st\u00f6ckige B\u00fcro-\/Gewerbehaus ver\u00e4ndert werden. Dabei war vorgesehen, es im Erdgeschoss zu vergr\u00f6\u00dfern, es sollte also tiefer werden, was den bereits vorhandenen L\u00e4den und gastronomischen Einrichtungen zugutegekommen w\u00e4re. Sowohl f\u00fcr P\u00e4chter und Kunden w\u00e4ren die Einrichtungen durch das gr\u00f6\u00dfere Platzangebot attraktiver geworden. Dieser Plan wurde jedoch laut Auskunft eines P\u00e4chters gecancelt. Die B\u00fcros und Gewerbeeinheiten erhalten teilweise neue Grundrisse. Bestandsmieter sollen bleiben. Eine bauliche Verbindung des Bestandsgeb\u00e4udes mit der Montessori-Schule wird es nun doch nicht geben. Die lange geplante Aufstockung des Bestandsgeb\u00e4udes ist auch vom Tisch. Der Parkplatz kommt fast vollst\u00e4ndig weg, nur 13 Stellpl\u00e4tze sollen erhalten werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Schulbau wird im vorderen Bereich aufgest\u00e4ndert sein, da er dort auf die bestehenden Tiefgaragenabfahrt gesetzt wird. Zur Ausstattung werden ein Dachgarten, offene Lernbereiche, ein Sportraum, eine Aula, eine Werkstatt und eine Kantine geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bauarbeiten haben am 20.04. mit dem Abtragen des Parkplatzes begonnen.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr zum Thema in einem Bericht der S\u00fcddeutschen Zeitung: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sueddeutsche.de\/muenchen\/neuperlach-holzbau-auf-der-tiefgarage-1.4793883\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Holzbau auf der Tiefgarage<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Tiefgarage halt als unbebaubar<\/h3>\n<p>Das Besondere am Projekt ist auch, dass die unter dem ehemaligen Parkplatz liegende Tiefgarage aus statischen Gr\u00fcnden als nicht bebaubar galt. Sie beruht auf dem Bild des Kindes als &#8222;Baumeister seines Selbst&#8220; und verwendet deshalb zum ersten Mal die Form des offenen Unterrichts und der Freiarbeit. Sie kann insofern als experimentell bezeichnet werden, als die Beobachtung des Kindes den Lehrenden dazu f\u00fchren soll, geeignete didaktische Techniken anzuwenden, um den Lernprozess optimal zu f\u00f6rdern. Ramersdorf entstand in einem Gemeinschaftsprojekt von Kindern und Erwachsenen ein gro\u00dfes Boot nach dem Vorbild eines Schulschiffes aus Bangladesch.<\/p>\n<p>Am Sonntag startete von der Ottobrunner Stra\u00dfe 10 eine bunte Bootsparade f\u00fcr Vielfalt von Ramersdorf nach Neuperlach. Das Boot nahm dann auf dem Dach der kurz vor der Fertigstellung stehenden Montessori-Schule in Neuperlach seinen Platz ein, um von dort aus k\u00fcnftig f\u00fcr Vielfalt und Toleranz zu werben.<\/p>\n<p>Zur feierlichen Bootsparade luden \u00fcber 20 Initiativen und Einrichtungen aus der ganzen Stadt. An den Au\u00dfenanlagen wird derzeit noch gearbeitet, aber diese werden ja nicht zwingend ben\u00f6tigt. Auch der Eingang und die letzten Fassadenelemente sind noch nicht fertig. Es ist aber ein provisorischer Eingang entstanden.<\/p>\n<p>Fotos vom 13.09. und 14.09.
