Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war das Geb\u00e4ude bereits wegen Einsturzgefahr gesperrt (19.11.2011) \u00a9 Thomas Irlbeck<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Inzwischen sind eine ganze Reihe von Geb\u00e4uden verschwunden, die unser Neuperlach gepr\u00e4gt haben. Etwa der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuperlach.org\/blog\/?p=7176\">ehemalige Sitz der Neuen Heimat am Plett-Zentrum nebst integriertem Ladenzentrum<\/a>, das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuperlach.org\/blog\/?p=16980\">B\u00fcrohaus Peschelanger 3<\/a> und die Kleiderfabrik &#8222;Bruestle Textilien&#8220; an der Nawiaskystra\u00dfe. Auch die Kirche St. Jakobus am Quidde-Zentrum nebst zugeh\u00f6rigem Kindergarten ist dem Abrissbagger zum Opfer gefallen. Am Standort der Kirche wurde der neue Kindergarten gebaut. Dort, wo sich der Kindergarten befand, entstand das neue St. Jakobus. Beide tauschten also gewisserma\u00dfen die Pl\u00e4tze. Der neue Bau ist weit kleiner, um der sinkenden Zahl an Kircheng\u00e4ngerm gerecht zu werden, und wurde zun\u00e4chst als Kapelle geplant, aber dann doch als Kirche eingeweiht (2019): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuperlach.org\/blog\/?p=13439\">Reinhard Kardinal Marx weiht neue Kirche St. Jakobus am Quidde-Zentrum ein<\/a><\/p>\n<p>St. Jakobus musste gehen, da der Bau marode geworden war. Erst einmal gab es massive Betonsch\u00e4den, sodass eine sehr aufwendige Betonsanierung notwendig gewesen w\u00e4re. Sogar Einsturzgefahr wurde dem Geb\u00e4ude attestiert. Ferner sollen die Dachtr\u00e4ger den Anforderungen des Brandschutzes nicht mehr gen\u00fcgt haben. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass der Bau mit Formaldehyd und Asbest belastet war, berichtete die S\u00fcddeutsche Zeitung am 10.03.2012. Eine Sanierung wurde aus Kostengr\u00fcnden verworfen. Es gab damals aber auch Stimmen, die behaupteten, der Zustand von St. Jakobus sei nicht so schlimm gewesen und das Geb\u00e4ude h\u00e4tte sehr wohl mit vertretbarem Aufwand gerettet werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits im Dezember 2011 wurde die Kirche aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden geschlossen. Der Abriss begann im November 2012. Die Bilderstrecke zeigt St. Jakobus vor und w\u00e4hrend des Abrisses.<\/p>\n<h3>Abriss<\/h3>\n<p>Der Abriss ging schnell. Am 18. Die neue Kirche ist kleiner.
