Der Abriss des Quidde-Zentrum hat begonnen. Es wird h\u00f6chste Zeit. Vor fast 10 Jahren schloss dort der letzte Lebensmittelmarkt. Nach einer Zwischennutzung durch K\u00fcnstler steht die Ruine seit Mitte 2019 leer und verfiel immer weiter.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Geplanter Neubau<\/h3>\n<p>Als Ersatz sollen zwei Wohnbl\u00f6cke mit 6 bzw. 8 Geschossen mit insgesamt 177 Wohnungen gebaut werden. Wie das aussehen soll, kann man sich hier anschauen: <a href=\"https:\/\/docdro.id\/zHDVkZE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neues Quidde-Zentrum<\/a> (dort auf Seite 20 bl\u00e4ttern). Ob und welche L\u00e4den zur\u00fcckkommen, da schweigt sich das Dokument allerdings aus. F\u00fcr Radfahrende ist sie ungeeignet, da f\u00fcr den \u00f6stlichen Br\u00fcckenanfang nur eine steile Treppe ohne Rampe zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. Lizenz: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opendatacommons.org\/licenses\/odbl\/\" target=\"_blank\">Open Database License 1.0<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jetzt wurde das gesamte Gel\u00e4nde, auch der Parkplatz abgesperrt. Die Br\u00fccke \u00fcber die Quiddestra\u00dfe kann nur noch \u00fcber den Zugang der ehemaligen M\u00f6belapotheke benutzt werden. Es steht nur eine Treppe ohne Rampe zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Treppe findet sich direkt unterhalb der Br\u00fccke in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he der Haltestelle Nawiaskystra\u00dfe 197 Innenring.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18098\" Irlbeck<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bislang haben keine Bauarbeiten begonnen, wieder einmal ist ein Jahr Stillstand zu verzeichnen. Leider kann die Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerbr\u00fccke \u00fcber die Quiddestra\u00dfe nur noch sehr eingeschr\u00e4nkt \u00fcber eine Festtreppe genutzt werden. Der Weg Richtung Plett-Zentrum\/Einkaufszentrum Life\/Montessori-Schule ist unterbrochen. Dabei k\u00f6nnte man mit sehr wenig Aufwand den Weg wieder freigeben. Ein wenig Kies aufsch\u00fctten, ein paar Bauz\u00e4une umstellen, und der Weg w\u00e4re wieder passierbar. Aber es passiert nichts.
