Hier ein Beispiel f\u00fcr einen solchen neuen Bau an der Kurt-Eisner-Stra\u00dfe. Ein Beispiel mit der alten Bauweise Wohnanlage Karl-Marx-Ring 52\u201362 ist hier auch zu sehen. 2021 waren Neubau und Abriss noch in einiger Ferne.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18847\" Dabei ist zu bedenken, dass an unserem alten Trafoh\u00e4uschen au\u00dfen ein &#8222;Ofenrohr&#8220; angebracht ist. Dieses ist das Abgasrohr unseres Notstromaggregats, welches sich im Keller des Hauses 58 befindet. Diese L\u00f6sung wurde gew\u00e4hlt, damit die Abgase m\u00f6glichst weit von denn Wohnh\u00e4usern entfernt in die Luft geblasen werden. Das Rohr darf beim Abriss des H\u00e4uschens nicht entfernt werden. Es wird wohl eine St\u00fctzvorrichtung erhalten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 2px 6px 4px; color: #555555; background-color: #eeeeee; border: 2px solid #dddddd;\">Das mit Diesel betriebene <strong>Notstromaggregat<\/strong> ist nur f\u00fcr Haus 58 zust\u00e4ndig. Es springt bei einem Stromausfall automatisch an und \u00fcbernimmt dann die Stromversorgung der beiden Fahrst\u00fchle sowie der Beleuchtung vor den Fahrst\u00fchlen sowie im Fluchttreppenhaus. In den anderen H\u00e4usern der gleichen Wohnanlage (Haus 52, 54, 56, 60 und 62) gibt es keine solche Einrichtung.<\/p>\n<p>Heute wurden Erdarbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt und die Kabel freigelegt. Zudem wurde bereits eine provisorische Netztrafostation aufgestellt.<\/p>\n<h4>Altes Trafoh\u00e4uschen erhalten und umfunktionieren?<\/h4>\n<p>Es wurde uns angeboten, das alte Trafoh\u00e4uschen zu \u00fcbernehmen. Wir haben das abgelehnt, da eine Nutzung etwa als Fahrradabstellraum nicht zweckm\u00e4\u00dfig ist. Denn der Innenraum ist nicht ebenerdig, es geht erst einmal vier Stufen nach unten. Das Notstromaggregat sprang an, sodass die Fahrst\u00fchle und die Beleuchtung in den Gemeinschaftsfluren weiter in Betrieb blieben.<br \/>\nBereits um 10:34 konnte das Netztrafostationsprovisorium in Betrieb und die Stromversorgung wiederhergestellt werden. Der Plan wurde \u00fcberf\u00fcllt! Das alte Trafoh\u00e4uschen geht nun in seinen wohlverdienten Ruhestand. Nur noch das Abgasrohr des Notstromaggregats, das mit dem Trafoh\u00e4uschen an sich nichts zu tun hatte, ragt einsam in die Luft. Das Trafoh\u00e4uschen diente dem Rohr lediglich als St\u00fctze. Nach drei Tagen waren die Gruben fertiggestellt. Um 9:46 wurde der Strom wieder eingeschaltet. Ende!<\/h3>\n<p>Heute Mittag wurde der Gehweg freigegeben. Der normale Weg (Neuperlacher Fu\u00dfwegsystem) wurde repariert, das kurze St\u00fcck zur neuen Trafostation, die im Vergleich zum alten Trafoh\u00e4uschen etwas nach hinten versetzt wurde, neu gepflastert.
