Wohl nicht \u2026<\/h3>\n<p>Viele von uns sind ab Mitte der 1980er-Jahre bis in die Nullerjahre gebannt vor den Oszillographen gesessen und haben die Episoden von Peter Steiners Theaterstadl angeschaut, haben mitgefiebert und mitgelitten. Lustig war er ja, der Peter Steiner (* 1927, \u2020 2008), und spannend war das Bauerntheater durchaus. \u00c4rgerlich war aber das schw\u00fclstige Happyend, bei dem dann alle im geeigneten Alter, die noch nicht verheiratet waren, ihre Verm\u00e4hlung angek\u00fcndigt haben, auch solche, von denen es niemand erwartet hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Es h\u00e4lt sich hartn\u00e4ckig das Ger\u00fccht, dass Peter Steiner die inzwischen abgerissene Villa in der Neuperlacher Niederalmstra\u00dfe, Ecke Hugo-Lang-Bogen, bewohnt hat. Doch der Wahrheitsgehalt dieser Geschichte ist wohl nicht h\u00f6her als der einer Theaterstadl-Folge. Denn Nachforschungen ergaben, dass dies wahrscheinlich nicht stimmt. Aber Steiner soll nur wenige H\u00e4user weiter am Kiaulehnweg (ebenso Neuperlach) gewohnt haben. Dies wurde von seinen ehemaligen Nachbarn best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Eine andere Quelle besagt, dass Peter Steiner im Zeitraum Mitte der 1990er-Jahre bis Anfang der 2000er-Jahre ein gro\u00dfes Haus in der Spieljochstra\u00dfe 30 in Trudering gekauft und in diesem bis zu seinem Tode gewohnt habe. F\u00fcr diese These spricht, dass in verschiedenen Presseorganen steht, dass Steiners Zuhause in Trudering gewesen sei. Allerdings gilt zu bedenken, dass die Niederalmstra\u00dfe und der Kiaulehnweg wegen des Gartenstadtcharakters oft f\u00e4lschlicherweise Trudering zugeordnet wird. Selbst im M\u00fcnchen-Wiki stand es lange Zeit falsch.<\/p>\n<p>Dennoch ist die Villa f\u00fcr mich irgendwie die Peter-Steiner-Villa.<br \/>\nVon Anfang an verfolge ich das
