Das &#8222;Peraloh&#8220; im Stra\u00dfennamen ist nichts anderes als der alte Name f\u00fcr Perlach, und genau dort befindet sich auch die Stra\u00dfe. Das Haus erinnert mit seinem T\u00fcrmchen ein klein wenig an die mittlerweile abgerissene <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuperlach.org\/blog\/?p=16143\">Burg in der benachbarten Siedlung Michaeliburg<\/a>. Mai 2024 doch unter Denkmalschutz gestellt. Derzeit verf\u00e4llt es leider aber noch weiter.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bayerische Denkmal-Atlas sagt dazu:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Villa, zweigeschossiger Walmdachbau mit Eckt\u00fcrmchen und Standerker, von Max
